Founded by Trefor Griffith following 25 years at Grant Thornton, where he led the food & beverage practice for 15 years.

Our core focus is the food & beverage sector. We work selectively beyond this where our experience and networks will add value.

We are a team of senior advisors providing specialist corporate finance advice to food & beverage and mid-market businesses

 

We work across a wide range of situations from individuals navigating a significant transaction milestone to large corporates looking to divest.

We can advise on bilateral processes, where a headline deal has already been agreed, or on full auction processes to international buyers using a network of carefully selected partnerships.

We provide strategic advice on growth through acquisition, from early strategic thinking and the identification of acquisition targets through to completion. 

We can provide full or bespoke buy-side support including advice on structuring, negotiations, and completion mechanisms.

 

We advise companies on the raising of equity capital to support growth, whether from private equity or alternative sources.

We advise management teams navigating transactions where their interests require independent representation whether rolling over equity into a new structure, leading a management buyout or situations involving competing stakeholder interests.

We provide bespoke support to business owners and boards who value an experienced advisor for their strategic planning.
